What does the world look like when we have partnerships with like-minded businesses and organizations?
When scarcity and inequality are relics of the past, replaced by a framework of equitable opportunity and shared abundance?
We're Partners
On a Mission to Build the New Economy
What does the world look like when we have partnerships with like-minded businesses and organizations?

Far more than mere buzzwords and quotas, Intersectionality lies at the heart of everything we do. Our collaborative was started for the expressed purpose to support, protect, and develop our immigrant owned businesses and communities of color. Our leadership understands -first hand- the stark disparities businesses and individuals face in accessing professional resources, legal and technical expertise, capital investment, and technologies to scale.
Our approach is distinct and empathetic. We believe in fostering safe, inclusive environments, delivering training, workshops, and support that reinforce team strengths and unity. Eschewing the practice of guilt-shaming, we focus on the powerful ties that bind us, building teams rooted in shared values and common goals, rather than division.
United in our mission to build an alternative to the status quo, Co-op.Partners strives to level the societal and economic playing fields. Our goal is to cultivate communities that are not just successful, but also champions of social justice and equity. We're not just building businesses; we're nurturing a movement towards a more just and equitable future.
